I've always said writing a book was on my bucket list. But I honestly never really thought or believed it would happen. But now it has. And I could not be more thrilled and excited to share it with you!!

I started this blog way back in 2012 because I wanted to help cake decorators learn to decorate cake. I wanted to share recipes and tutorials and information that (at the time) were hard to find online when I was making my first wedding cake a couple of years earlier.
To my great surprise, the blog became very popular and I found myself doing a job that didn't feel like a job at all. Every day I get to talk about, write about and work on CAKE.
It's a sweet life, for sure.
From way back then, when I couldn't find what I needed until now, writing a book for beginners... I feel like I've come full circle.
