So, I have never used an airbrusher before but I knew the basics of it. Fill her up, turn on, point and spray. I got this one because it was cheap and ready to use. It arrived and I thought there had to be something wrong here. Opened a thing to let them know there were missing parts, but they requested I send it back with an 8.99 charge! If i had 8.99 I wouldn't be asking for the missing parts. They then expected me to go three towns over the the UPS place to send it all back. If I had the money for gas I would not have gotten the cheapest one available on amazon.

Start to take a closer to look at it, and trying to wipe a smudge off the top thinking someone must have sat something on it.

Turns out, that smudge is on the inside, the case is busted, its covered with scratches and smudges and melty marks on the INSIDE of the case, and I start looking at it. The button is busted, there are melty places on the air thingy, no book has been included. The hose hasn't been used (At least it LOOKS new), but its very clear the rest of it has been used for something. You can tell by the insert it has been removed and replaced MANY times. Not happy with this at all, best to beware. Just trying to cut my losses and move on.

Purchased for a friends birthday gift and upon receiving the kit I opened everything to check on the product. I am very disappointed to say that the "case" that they advertised is an utter failure. It is made with a cheap thin plastic with an ill-fitting hunk of foam that doesn't have nearly as many spaces for all of the kit to fit in properly. This poor design had caused everything to fall out. When I tried to put the sprayer back in it's designated slot I find out that it isn't even cut to proportion and won't even fit inside. Tangled up in the colouring liquid was a long burgundy strand of hair. This being used for cake decorating, I find that to be most unsanitary. After cutting a bigger space for the sprayer to fit in, adjusting the cords in the remaining two rectangle spaces to the best of my ability there was no place for the colours. I'm surprised throughout the shipping process one didn't break open and spill over the whole set.

I purchased the master airbrush kit-g23-22lf, when I received the package, I was surprised to find that nothing was secured in its place. The air brush and small components were dispersed which led me to finding the needle cap bent. I attempted to contact the customer service department for the company to get this addressed, except that when I finally got connected after three days, the rep left the call and I was just sitting there for about ten minutes. This would be a good product, but hope nothing is damanged or you'll just have an easier time returning it and finding another tool elsewhere.

I have no idea what I'm doing as a first time airbrush user for amateur, family cake decorating - and nothing from this manufacturer's instructions or website has helped. My suggestion to first time users is to buy it well in advance of your project/ event - buy a cheap box of colors and dilute it till it's practically tinted water and then pour it into the chamber, you can add drops of color as needed. I wasted so much food coloring not knowing how much to dilute it. I couldn't find any YouTube videos to help with that. It's all learning as you go.

Very poor quality on this airbrush. Pump didn't work at first then received a replacement only to find that it's still did not spray airbrush colors evenly. Colors splattered and made mess. I've used these colors with more expensive kits and they sprayed evenly so I know it wasn't used error. Then I tried the chefmaster metallics and forget it. They just clogged the gun, the nozzle is to small or the compressor power is not strong enough to handle. I bought the warranty and it's a waste, you have to pay to ship it back for repair and that only adds to what your paying for the product. If I wanted to pay more, I would have purchased the better kit. So now I'm out the full cost of it would be better just to purchase a new gun that works for only $5-10 more than the cost of shipping it back. Very disappointed.

So irritated and disappointed with this thing. I've called the manufacturer's technical support twice to try and resolve problems. The compressor (black box) shipped to me defective. This airbrush comes with NO assembly instructions, and it's not easy to figure out. For the cheap price, you get what you pay for I guess. I just ordered a more expensive and higher end airbrush, which I should've done the first time.
